Recent achievements

Successful recovery of a Social Care project which was which was under delivering, lacked project direction, with little confidence at Board level that the project would reach completion.

ICT change lead for the in-sourcing of a complex and high profile front line service resulting in the consolidation of cross functional teams, cost efficient processes and much improved information management controls for sensitive and confidential data.

Highly successful implementation of an Electronic Document and Records Management system to 3,500 staff, enterprise scanning and offsite storage leading to significant financial savings.
